Yummy Eats: Chicken Portobello (in the crock pot!)

There’s nothing like a yummy and easy recipe for the crock pot on a nice chilly Fall evening.

Chicken Portobello

4-5 frozen* boneless chicken breasts
1 bottle zesty Italian dressing
1 package Portobello mushrooms
1 box angel hair pasta

Place chicken in your crock pot, put mushrooms on top of the chicken and
pour in the bottle of dressing. Cook on low for 6 hours.

When done, cook pasta according to directions. Top with chicken mixture
and ENJOY!

*it works best with frozen chicken, because the moisture mixes
in with the dressing and makes a “sauce.”
